Hal
Tilbury, CEO
Mr. Tilbury’s computer industry career began in 1966
as a marketing representative for IBM. In 1971, he left IBM
to found Compusource Corporation, which developed into a
leading
Data General VAR. Mr. Tilbury sold Compusource to Electronic
Data Systems (EDS) in 1979 and served for two years as Vice
President of Sales and Marketing of the EDS Business Systems
Division.
At the helm of Bluebird Systems since its inception in 1982,
Mr. Tilbury served as the company’s Chief Executive
Officer, directing business operations and strategic development
plans until 2000, when Bluebird Systems was acquired by
Open Text Corporation. He founded Bluepoint Solutions based
on technology created by Bluebird Systems. |

Richard
Drew, COO
Mr. Drew joined Bluepoint Solutions in January of 2002
as Sr. VP, Business Development. He is responsible for
the company’s operations including product development
and customer support. He brings a stellar track record
of
dozens of successful product launches to the table.
Prior to joining Bluepoint, Mr. Drew enjoyed a distinguished
career with Niakwa Inc. a developer of software development
tools that are in use by over 500,000 end-users world wide.
Mr. Drew served Niakwa as Vice President of Sales and Marketing,
General Manager and President. Under his leadership Niakwa
grew from a local VAR to an internationally recognized software
developer. |

Mark
Helcl, VP of Professional Services, PMP
Since 2003, Mark Helcl has been Bluepoint Solutions' Professional
Service Manager (formally worked with Bluebird Systems since
2000). Mark’s background and education are in Business
and Information Systems Management. He has an extensive
background in IS project management with focus on document
imaging and document management implementation and customization
projects.
While
working for Bluepoint Solutions, Mark has had the opportunity
to manage over 40 implementation projects and worked with
close to 100 different credit unions. As Professional Services
Manager, Mark currently manages a department of 7 implementation
specialist, trainers, and engineers.
Mark is a PMI certified Project Management Professional
(PMP), Microsoft Certified Professional, and both KOFAX
and Captiva Certified Administrator. |

Ron
Pease, VP of Sales Ron Pease joined Bluepoint as Vice President of Sales in
August of 2006. He leads the direct sales, marketing team
and customer care efforts for Bluepoint solutions. Ron has
also developed the channel and partnership sales programs
for Bluepoint.
He began his career as a Vice President of Operations and
MIS Director in the banking industry. He has worked in the
financial and financial services industry for over 25 years.
For the past 12 years he has been involved in the successful
roll out and development of image technologies for many customers
in the banking industry. He worked as VP of sales for two
former companies dedicated to bringing image technology to
the forefront of the financial market. With this background
Ron brings extensive knowledge of the banking industry and
its use of image technology to Bluepoint. |

Mark
Polando, National Account Manager Indirect Channels
Mark, has been working in the Credit Union industry for over
25 years. With experience in core data processing, imaging
and consulting Mark brings a wide range of experience to
Bluepoint Solutions. Mark has held positions in operations,
implementation, sales, account management, and executive
management with Fiserv, Harland and EDS. Mark graduated
from the University of Colorado with a BS in Business Administration
and lives in Boulder Colorado with his wife Evelyn (also
in the CU industry) and daughter Zoë. Mark and his
family like to travel, camp and spend time hiking in the
Rocky Mountains. In his off hours make works as an advocate
for Compassion International a group dedicated to bringing
hope to children in poverty around the world.
