IT helpdesk/Technical Support Analyst

The
most qualified candidate will have a solid technical
foundation combined in IT, software support,
document imaging, and financial institution related experience.
1-3 years call center, help desk,
and/or support center experience with emphasis on IT
is a plus. We are searching for
an IT helpdesk/Support Analyst who will manage and support
all in house IT requests and assist
with Level I customer support calls. This is a hands-on
position that requires experience
with Microsoft Vista, Microsoft XP Professional, computer
hardware, peripherals, networking,
Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory administration.
Strong organization and planning skills, good interpersonal
and communications skills are a
must.
The
most qualified candidate will have experience with
diagnosing and resolving technical Helpdesk related issues.

KB articles, escalate
incidents and actively participate in
the problem resolution
process.

Requirements:
- 1-2
years experience in related field
- Experience
with Helpdesk/technical support
- Strong
communication, organization, prioritization, and
written skills
- Technical
knowledge – MS Windows
Server 2000/2003, Windows OS Vista, XP, Pro
SP2, 2000 , MCSE Preferred, Solid Networking skills
including LAN/WAN/Router/Firewall
experience is a plus
- Technical
degree or equivalent experience.

Software Quality Assurance Specialist
Participates in quality reviews on all software prior
to delivery. Tests application software, tracks test
results and checks software configuration. Utilizes processes
and software that ensure the quality, reliability, and
system safety and security. Utilizes methods, procedures,
and metrics needed to ensure that quality standards and
practices are attained. Capable of using development
code to establish test cases. Documents set-up and administers
a library of requisite test cases for applications, and
reports results to the development team. Works under
direct supervision. Reports to a manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for software builds and releases
- Responsible
for the design and development of builds, scripts and
installation procedures
- Familiar
with InstallShield or other installation
software.
Requirements:
- A
bachelor's degree or certification in a related
area
- 3-5
years of experience with quality assurance
- 1-2
years of experience with software development
