ID Verification
This validation is done by looking up a customer’s identification information. This information is supplied electronically and consists of driver’s license, social security card, signature, and fingerprint.

ID Maintenance
Qwik ID provides a component that makes the IDs of an institution. ID Maintenance provides a way to add new or existing customer identity information.

Supervision
Supervision feature applies to the managerial validation and maintenance components.

ID Capturing
The ID capturing components is how QwikID will interface to peripheral devices to acquire ID information. The devices that will be used are digital camera photos of customers, document scanner for document capture, ID card scanner, and a fingerprint capturing devise. QwikID provides a mechanism to lock or prevent only one process to access the peripheral at one time.

Auditing
QwikID is able to audit any transaction performed in the system. The major role of the auditing component of the software is tracking the validation of customer’s identity at the time of transaction. In addition, the audit feature allows for the auditing the amount of customer updates and/or additions, supervisor approvals, administration maintenance of settings, administrative maintenance of users, and security activities.

Security
QwikID uses encryption to store all data in the database and real objects. Each user of the system will be assigned to roles. Roles will have rights assigned to them and the software will provide rights to a user. QwikID will use rights to determine if a process can be executed by the current user.

Administration
The Administration feature of QwikID will provide maintenance of workstation and site settings. This feature will also supply tools for user maintenance and rights for security.

Storage
The storage features provide information within the database and object in a file system. The systems storage will be a server that listens to multiple clients and provide storage abilities.

OFAC SDN List
QwikID offers a method of searching U.S. Treasury’s OFAC SDN List.

Application Logging
QwikID performs application logging. All applications in QwikID will log warning and error messages and execution trace logs.
