A meaningful location is an important ingredient for a great portrait. For example, the beach, a favorite park, your home, or some other meaningful place using natural lighting or a studio setting.

Most sessions last about an hour. This gives plenty of time to try a variety of poses and natural backgrounds and you'll get lots of great photos to choose from. If you have children, we allow time for them to become comfortable with me. We capture children being children, not just quick posed smiles. One customer was viewing her proofs and her eyes got all misty. She said, "You captured the essence of my children." That's what its all about.
